Bruscan Educational Information Services is an independent, international education consulting company based in Irving, Texas, USA. Established in 2005, the company was founded with a purpose to promote and facilitate international education through students and professional mobility and exchange; and to engage in the assessment and evaluation of international academic credentials.

We are education consultants specializing in college admission advising for applicants within and outside the United States. We provide international credential evaluation and document translation services.

Our mission is to facilitate college placement for students looking to get into the school of their dreams, help clients with foreign educational credentials interpret and assess the documents for further education, employment, professional licensure, and immigration purposes while maintaining the highest professional standards.

Management Team / Executive Profile

Adeola Dixon, MBA, MS is the Founder and Executive Director of Bruscan Educational Information Services (BEIS). In this role, he oversees the day-to-day operation of the company. As an independent international education consultant, Adeola has over a decade of experience in international student admission & recruitment, student exchange and mobility, student visa advising, and international credentials evaluation. He acquired operations management experience while working for Citigroup and Racetrac Petroleum, Inc.

Adeola has evaluated credentials for applicants from various countries in Africa, Latin and South America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East for the purpose of further education, employment, immigration, and professional licensing. Additionally, he continues to do research in international education, international student’s migration and mobility, education system around the world, foreign credentials evaluation issues and policies, international development, economic and human resource issues of Sub-Saharan Africa.
