On this page you will find information and instructions on how and ways to submit application for the services we offer. Follow instructions below carefully and provide information and the necessary documents to process your application.
(E.g. High School/Secondary/Higher Secondary School Certificate/Diploma; Associate Degree; Bachelor; Master or Doctorate degrees, etc.) from the country or countries where you studied
(E.g. Passport (only bio-data page), driver license, country national ID card, U.S. Permanent resident card, etc.)
Documents that are not in English must be translated. Contact us if you need document translation. Please Note: Altered or forged documents will not be returned and all fees paid will not be refunded.
Please read the application instructions carefully and print legibly. Application will not be processed without properly completed, signed and all the required service fees and educational records received. All documents submitted become the property of Bruscan Educational Information Services and are subject to verification from the issuing institution.
Note: All evaluation report includes two (2) copies. One copy is for the applicant, and one copy is for the recipient. The Evaluation report is valid for Five (5) years from the date of issue.

We accept the following payment methods: Credit card, Debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc. when submitting online application or when applying in person at our office. We accept only certified check or money order drawn on a USD bank when sending completed application and documents through postal mail.
If applying by paper, please make all certified check or money order payable to Bruscan Educational Information Services.
NOTE: Please note that we will not process any application received without appropriate payment and educational documents.
